Q:When can I got the quotation?
A:We usually quote it within 24 hours after got your detail inquiry.If you are very urgent,please call us or send your e-mail to us.
Q: I am interested in your products, could i get sample for free?
A: there is the regulation of the sample that the sample price is 1.5 time of our offer and shipping costs accounted under of clients. When you place the order, the charges of sample will be returned to you.
Q: How about the Delivery time of the sample ?
A: Usually 5 working- days after got the charges of sample.( if we have not any stock)
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: Usually 1X40'HQ for each model .
Q: What is the Delivery time?
A: 30-35 days after received your deposit and all documents of package.

A: Bascially, the payment terms are by T/T or L/C at sight.

Q:What is the guarantee of your products?
A: We offer one year for whole unit. Usually we will send 1% spart part with F.O.C(in your container) for maintenance .
Q:How can i know of the quality of my order before shipment?
A: We have the experience QC deparment. and they are in charge of the checking of all material, the producing tracking and the inspection of the whole unit. One complete QC report will be provided to you for checking. after your confirmation we shall arrange to loading your container.
