A: There is the regulation of the sample that the sample price is 1.5 time of our offer and shipping costs accounted under of clients. When you place the order, the charges of sample will be returned to you.

A: We offer one year for whole unit. Usually we will send 1% spart part with F. O. C(in your container) for maintenance.
Q: How can I know of the quality of my order before shipment?
A: We have the experience QC deparment. And they are in charge of the checking of all material, the producing tracking and the inspection of the whole unit. One complete QC report will be provided to you for checking. After your confirmation we shall arrange to loading your container.
